Burnout

Burnout can affect anyone—whether working in the public sector, private sector, or in a caregiving or community role. It can begin quietly, until even small tasks feel overwhelming, motivation fades, and exhaustion becomes a constant presence. You may feel drained, disconnected, irritable, or as though you’re pushing through each day on empty. Even when you continue to show up, it can feel like there is nothing left to give.
This service offers a compassionate space to pause, catch your breath, and make sense of the pressure you’ve been carrying—whether it’s workplace demands, emotional labour, responsibility overload, or the strain of supporting others.
The focus is on understanding what led to burnout, rebuilding boundaries, restoring energy, and reconnecting with a sense of balance, meaning, and self-worth. With support, it becomes possible to feel grounded, present, and yourself again—without having to sacrifice your well-being for productivity or expectations.
