Anxiety and stress can quietly take over—leaving you feeling tense, on edge, overwhelmed, or unable to turn off your thoughts no matter how hard you try. Even when life looks “fine” from the outside, the inside can feel heavy, exhausting, or out of control.
This service offers a compassionate space to breathe, slow down, and make sense of what you’re carrying.
Too much stress and anxiety on a regular basis can be exhibited as selective mutism, social anxiety or obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Together, the focus is on easing the intensity of worry, calming the nervous system, and building practical tools that bring relief, steadiness, and a renewed sense of hope. With support, it becomes possible to feel lighter, more grounded, and more like yourself again.

With over 25 years experience, my speciality is with children, adolescents, adults and families.
My focus is helping clients in areas such as anxiety, depression, attachment issues, foster care, adoption, trauma including treatment of child sexual abuse, sexualized behaviours, bullying issues, grief and loss, separation, divorce issues, and LGBTQ+.
I am Registered with the College of Social Workers. Services are available in either English or French.
